With the Henkel Digital Talent Program, you'll benefit from early empowerment and 18 months of hands-on experience in key digital projects within the dx business unit. 

Start your journey of constant learning and exciting tasks to take your digital expertise to the next level. 

You will be defining and sharing best practices while being well versed on industry trends. Collaborating with capability leads and cross functional teams. Championing innovation and organizational focus to deliver growth. From day one you will take full responsibility and drive the digitalization at Henkel. 

You will have the opportunity to work in different Business Units and on different topics. Most of the time you are based at the Henkel dx Berlin Hub, but three months of the program will take place in another country, where you get to know the local Business Unit.


  • Become part of the global IoT team with experts and specialist to drive Consumer IoT topics across the new Henkel Consumer Brands business unit 
  • Solve complex business problems and derive business requirements into state-of-the-art solutions
  • Advance the team with your expertise and extend and deepen your knowledge by strong collaboration within the team and within cross-functional teams
  • Work in close collaboration in cross-functional teams using agile methods to deliver high quality data products at a fast pace
  • Live a culture of constant learning, integrity, and mutual responsibility. Be passionate about exploring emerging technologies and leveraging their full potential
  • Establish yourself as Consumer IoT ambassador across business units and functions

Job Anforderungen

  • Master's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field 
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Consumer IoT related topics
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects in multi-stakeholder environments
  • Highly motivated team player with drive to innovate, implement improvements and achieve change in the global organization
  • Out-of-the-box thinker with ability to influence peers and managers
  • Proactive and independent working style, high flexibility and ability to manage ambiguity
  • Strong stakeholder management as well as excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong English (written, oral), German knowledge would be a plus
  • Initiative team player who enjoys working in a challenging and exciting environment
