We are looking for a Head of Corporate Communication & Culture for an asset and investment manager in Northern Germany.

In this position you are responsible for internal & external communication, investor relations and corporate culture.


  • Ensure that global key messages and key activations are executed  consistently
  • Own editorial calendar
  • Manage Communication & Culture team

Investor Relations

  • Manage expectation and perception of investors and analysts about company results and share price (develop and communicate equity story)
  • Gather stock market insights from top investors and convey it to top management
  • Prepare and conduct annual general meeting

Internal Communication

  • Create communication methods and tools for concepts, stories and messaging for key events/ activations and campaigns
  • Promote cross-functional communication

External Communication

  • Ensure that global key messages and key activations are executed consistently
  • Prepare Annual Reports (non- financial sections)
  • Manage media and branding

Corporate Culture

  • Leadership regarding development, communication and implementation of the cultural aspects of the business (e. g. values, purpose, communication style)
  • Develop, organize, communicate and improve “Change in the business” as well as “Run the business”
  • Ensure consistent cultural match during employee journey (employer branding)

Job Anforderungen

  • Proven track record in designing and executing internal and external and internal communication strategy, communication plan and instruments
  • Vision of how to best combine on- and off-line activation campaigns
  • Well-connected in the field of investor relations and public relations 
  • Familiarity with modern working and leadership methods
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the hierarchy, negotiation skills, ability to think strategically while maintaining an overview of tactical execution 
  • Playing an active role within the communications community outside of the company
